		<description>Maybe I am just &#039;old school&#039;, but I cannot bring myself to get a bread maker. I just love doing it by hand and baking it in the oven. I like getting the oddly shaped breads and all that. Bread makers are just a little too uniform for me.

That being said, my brother in law has one and I liked the fact that he put it on overnight and the smell was just delightful in the morning.

We used many substitutes for &quot;bad&quot; fats and found that fats could be eliminated all together in a lot of baked goods.  Alas, the extent of my work didn&#039;t include the yeast doughs.  I do know that the bread bakers used no oils or butter in their products.  I haven&#039;t been able to find yeast dough recipes without any fats at all.   Have you tried this recipe without the butter to see what happens?</description>
