FAQ

1. What areas do you serve?

Gwinnett, North Fulton, and South Forsyth counties, in general. We cover Alpharetta, Buford, Cumming, Duluth, Johns Creek, Lawrenceville, Norcross, Roswell, Sugar Hill, and Suwanee. If your city isn’t in the list here, give us a call anyway and ask.

2. Are you insured, bonded, and all that jazz?

Yes. We’re registered as an S corporation with the state of Georgia and Gwinnett county. We’re fully insured and bonded. And our cleaning staff are directly hired, which means that they are covered by worker’s comp., and that the client is totally, 100% liability-free.

3. Why bother with natural cleaning?

The EPA notes that indoor air tends to be at least 5 times more toxic than outdoor air. Most of us spend an awful lot of time in our homes. Don’t you want yours to be clean and healthy? Aside from the effect chemicals have on the environment, they have just as devastating effects on your health. People who have chemical sensitivities, allergies, frequent headaches, asthma, and other immunity weaknesses notice major improvements just through a change in cleaning products.

4. How do I get your service?

We do free in-home estimates, and we can give you a ball-park estimate over the phone or via email. Send us an email, and we’ll happy call you back to answer any lingering questions and give you an estimate.

5. What if I’m not happy with it?

We offer a 100% guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with any aspect of the cleaning, we’ll come back and redo it. We’re no-risk, no long-term commitment. So c’mon, give us a shot. You know you want to!

6. Do you have references?

Yes, we’re happy to provide you with a list of references upon request. You ask, we deliver.

7. How do I know you’re legit?

While we’re in the process of becoming accredited with the Better Business Bureau, we’ve already attained membership in 2 prestigious trade organizations.

We’re members of Co-Op America’s Green Business Network, which is the oldest, largest, and most diverse network of socially and environmentally responsible businesses in America. We’re pretty proud of that. In fact, there are currently only 21 cleaning services represented in the Green Business Network.

We’re also members of the Association of Residential Cleaning Services International (ARCSI). They demand the utmost in professionalism from their members, conforming to a high standard of customer service, ethics, and standards. There’s no guarantee that an ARCSI member won’t let you down, but if they do ARCSI wants to hear about it.

You can be pretty sure that a business that’s put the effort into maintaining memberships in highly regarded organizations like these is going to put the same die-hard effort into serving you well and maintaining their reputation in the community.

7. What’s this “mudlark” I see on the posts to this site?
